Nicolette has over 15 years of human resources experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Certara, Nicolette served as the Chief Human Resource Officer at Oyster Point Pharma. Before this, Nicolette worked at Sanofi for almost 12 years, most recently as the Vice President of North America Human Resources Operations, where she led the HRBP organization in supporting all businesses across the US and Canada. Nicolette also served as the Vice President, Global Leadership Development and Frameworks, where she launched corporate values and leadership competencies and harmonized the leadership and management curricula on a global basis.
Prior to joining Sanofi, Nicolette held various positions of increasing responsibility at Schering-Plough, AT&T, and Prudential. Nicolette is a progressive business leader with a proven track record in establishing HR strategy, as well as programs and practices, to drive business impact and organizational results. She is a certified executive coach (ICF, IPEC), and she is a two-time recipient of the PharmaVoice 100 Inspiring Leaders honor. Nicolette serves as the President of the Board of Directors for Deirdre’s House, the child advocacy center for Morris County. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University and an MA in Political Science from the University of Delaware. She received a BA in Government from Lehigh University.
